Your Responsibilities

Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing following The Kawartha Way standards.
Treat every home like it belongs to you. Ensure screens are in, gates are closed, and landscaping is protected.
Use our digital checklists and CRM to track jobs and collect payment.
Look for the next step on a job site without being told.
Be the professional, friendly face of the company. Communicate clearly and respectfully with our neighbours.

Requirements

Reliable transportation to the shop, smartphone and a positive attitude.
Ability to lift, move ladders, and stay active on your feet all day.
A genuine desire to do the right thing.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Legal to work in Canada.
Some Saturdays may be required due to weather constraints
