Full job description

One of Peterborough's most predominant and successful real estate groups is looking for someone to join our growing team! The idea candidate must be energetic, young, ambitious individual. This person must have a valid licence and reliable vehicle, ability to multi task, and able to communicate and keep senior team members informed. A marketing background is definitely an asset!

This is a part/full time position that we are looking to successfully fill.

The ideal candidate must have the following skill sets!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage marketing campaigns including social media, online listings, and promotional material
Coordinate and schedule property showings and client appointments
Assist with property rentals, inquiries, tenant communications, and paperwork
Provide support with real estate transactions and client follow-ups
Maintain organized records, files, and databases
Perform additional administrative and client service tasks as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable with technology (email, social media, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Real estate or property management experience is an asset, but not required

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (to be discussed)

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills,
Must be proficient with Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Strong time management capabilities
Accurate data entry and reporting skills
Ability to work very well under pressure
Must be highly proficient in English
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
Marketing knowledge is considered an asset
College or University degree
Compensation: Based on experience
