Full job description

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for: Maintaining a clean workstation throughout service. Preparing and plating food by the methods specified in a timely manner. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and equipment used during service Reporting any food prep/inventory shortages to the Manager Relevant 3+ year experience is a must. Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends is mandatory. Buffet and Banquet experience is an asset. Pizza experience in an asset. Significant tips included with each pay cheque.

Summary

In the role of a Food Service Worker, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Reporting to the Chef/ Sous Chef, your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met. With your core skills in meal preparation and restaurant experience, you will contribute to delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Your premium skills in serving will enhance the dining experience, while your commitment to food handling and safety will ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
