Full job description

We’re a family-focused dental office looking for the right person to join our team - someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and being part of a workplace where everyone supports each other.

We care deeply about the atmosphere in our office. Past experience in the dental field is not necessary. What we are looking for is the right personality - everything else can be learned. We focus on a team-centric approach where the "right fit" is absolutely ideal. We appreciate everyone as who they are as a person and not just an employee.

What we’re looking for:

Friendly, outgoing, compassionate personality
Strong communication and people skills (customer service excellence)
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask while staying calm and positive
Dental experience is an asset but not necessary (we use Abeldent, RecallMax)

What the role involves:

Scheduling appointments and managing the daily flow of the office
Answering phones
Handling insurance submissions and payments
Part-time or full-time, some evenings/Saturdays

We know skills can be taught, but kindness, warmth, and a good attitude are hard to find. If you’re someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a caring, down-to-earth team, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
