Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Labourer to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves supporting various landscaping and construction projects, ensuring the upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance, with the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
Operate machinery such as excavators and power tools safely and efficiently
Support irrigation system installation and repairs
Use hand tools and mechanical equipment for digging, planting, and construction work
Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a tidy work environment
Assist with construction projects related to landscape development and hardscaping
Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor operations

Requirements

Prior experience or knowledge in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to operating machinery such as excavators and power tools is a plus
Ability to handle hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of irrigation systems and garden care techniques is advantageous
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team

This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in landscaping, construction, and outdoor maintenance while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.

Pay: $18.50-$23.50 per hour
