We're looking for an experienced Lead Detailer who takes pride in their work, has an eye for the smallest details, and can help keep our Detail Department organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

About the Role
As our Lead Detailer, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day workflow of the Detail Department while also completing professional automotive detailing for both internal and external clients.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and prioritizing the daily detail schedule and workflow.

Detailing new and pre-owned vehicles to a high standard.

Washing and cleaning vehicle exteriors.

Waxing, buffing, and polishing vehicles.

Thoroughly cleaning interior upholstery, carpets, and surfaces.

Using air compressors and professional detailing equipment.

Applying appropriate preservation products to protect vehicle surfaces from spots and stains.

Ensuring completed vehicles meet our quality standards before they leave the department.

Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Detail Department.

Supporting and working collaboratively with the Detail team and other dealership departments.

Providing professional service to both internal and external clients.

Rust Proofing experience is an asset.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced automotive detailing environment.

Previous experience coordinating or leading a Detail Department or team is an asset.

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple vehicles and competing deadlines.

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Professional and positive attitude.

Valid Class G driver's licence.
What We Offer

$22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Occasional Saturday at month-end, when required.
