Lead Installer: MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN WINDOWS/DOOR INSTALLATION
All of the Lead Installers will report directly to the Installation Manager. The primary aim of the Lead Installer is to ensure that each individual installation is completed to the FCI Standards for quality and customer service. This primary aim will be accomplished by: overseeing all on-site work, training staff, and reviewing the quality of each installation. The responsibilities associated with this position will include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Introducing the team to our customer
- Reviewing sizes and products upon arrival
- Determining the order & details of the installation
- Determining the finish time (within FCI Standards)
- Training of assisting staff
- Communicating with the Installation Manager & the Home Owner when necessary
- Ensuring efficiency and excellence on the job
- Final Inspection
- Reporting and handing in all paperwork to the Installation Manager
- Minimum two years installation experience
- A working knowledge of:
-All common window and door styles
-Glazing and window hardware
-All trade tools (brake, caulking, foam, shimming, hardware, etc..)
