$28.00–$46.00 per hour (based on apprenticeship level, certification, skills, and experience)
Technicians begin and end each workday at our Petitcodiac office to pick up and return their company vehicle. Reliable transportation to and from the office is required. Take-home company vehicle privileges are available as company policy and operational needs allow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential heat pumps, central air systems, and ventilation equipment
- Diagnose, service, and maintenance residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical issues
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete digital work orders and service documentation
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Apprentice & Red Seal Journeyperson Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician or Residential HVAC service and/or installation experience
- Experience servicing & installing heat pumps, central air systems, or residential ventilation equipment is a significant asset
- Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's Licence required
- A clean driver's abstract is considered an asset but is not required
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
- Reliable transportation to and from our Petitcodiac office
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Travel
Most work is completed within your regular service area.
Several times each year, we travel to other regions of New Brunswick to complete scheduled work. These trips are typically two-day assignments.
When travelling overnight, we provide:
- Company-arranged accommodations
- Hourly pay from the time you leave home until you arrive at your hotel
- Hourly pay while travelling and completing scheduled work
- Hourly pay from the time you leave the hotel until you arrive back home
- $50 per day meal allowance
Time spent at the hotel outside of working and travel hours is unpaid.
