JOB OVERVIEW
Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $34.76 to $39.66 per hour, commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications. With internal training, time and career progression, compensation may increase up to $49.61 per hour. There is also a premium of 1.15$ per hour for employees working on the second shift. The role is also eligible for overtime.
Responsibilities:

Must be able to follow manufacturer's instructions

Define, verify and prepare the parts before applying the coating

Prepare the product mixture to be applied to the parts
-
Apply the coating using the appropriate tools

Perform the necessary surface polishing
-
Check output for consistency with specifications and eliminate defects

May be required to transport parts, components or modules from one workstation to another

May be required to clean parts
-
May be required to work in another category
-
Ability to work with others and to make suggestions and improve procedures
Qualifications:
-
Experience in the aeronautical field / manufacturing industry is an asset

Gas turbine component painting is a strong asset

Ability to read and understand instructions in English

Be autonomous, able to work without supervision
