Sales Support Coordinator Assistant

Our firm is looking for a motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator Assistant to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The Sales Support Coordinator Assistant's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating his/her colleagues, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
To be a successful Sales Support Coordinator Assistant, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Position Duties and Responsibilities :
· Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
· Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them about their purchase order status, arranging delivery dates, scheduling marketing events, and preparing marketing materials
· Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking that the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
· Processing customer purchase orders, inputting orders into the system, ensuring they were processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
· Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible
· Making cold calls to potential customers to identify opportunities and direct to sales team.
· All other duties related to clients’ orders and possible Supply Chain Assistant duties, including but not limited to, warehouse dispatches, order arrivals to Element warehouses or drop shipments to clients, shipment traffic handling and negotiations, communications with all other service providers, vendors, customs brokers and warehouses.
Functional and Technical Skills & Requirements :
· Computer Literacy (Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and time management skills
· Excellent sales support, customer service, and problem-solving skills
· Good team development and leadership skills.
· Need to be focused, Detailed, and multi-task oriented,
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience and Education :
· A bachelor's degree with completion of core-level Business Administration or Commerce (or equivalent) courses
· Min a year of experience in Sales/Sales Support
· Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Languages: French & English ( Both required )

Pay: $37,740.02-$55,955.17 per year
