Full job description

Horizon Joint & Wellness is looking for a personable, skilled, and reliable Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our integrative care team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside medical doctors, physician assistants, and chiropractors in a collaborative and referral-rich environment.

We’re starting off with a flexible, part-time schedule that will quickly grow based on patient demand and inter-practitioner referrals. We’re looking for a great personality fit and someone who is passionate about helping people feel their best.

What We Offer:

Steady referrals from our in-house team of MDs, PAs, and chiropractors
Supplies and linens provided (in most cases)
Well-equipped, comfortable clinic space in central Red Deer
A supportive, professional, and fun team environment
Opportunity to build a strong, consistent client base
Possibility of increased hours as your schedule fills

Ideal Candidate:

Licensed and in good standing with the CRMTA or MTAA (or other Alberta-recognized massage association)
Carries valid professional liability insurance
Personable, reliable, and professional
Strong communication skills and a team player
Excellent hands-on skills and a passion for client care
Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative clinic setting
