Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Smithville, ON for a Sales and Administrative Support Specialist. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, supporting sales operations, providing excellent customer service, maintaining sales records, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also involves communicating with clients, coordinating with teams, and assisting in training or sales management tasks as needed.

Skills

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
Experience or aptitude in Sales and Sales Management to support business growth and client engagement.
Experience in horticulture, specifically Floriculture an asset.
Ability to assist with Training and support for other team members in sales processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with sales or ERP software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.

Pay: $17.20-$31.40 per hour
