What will you be doing!
a { text-decoration: none; color: rgb} tr th, tr td { border: 1.0px solid rgb} tr th { background-color: rgb} Planning, organizing, and controlling the integration of multiple work areas and disciplines within projects.
Assessing project scope, determining materials, procuring equipment, and executing hands-on remediation and restoration work.
Implementing trade knowledge, methods, and best practices to complete field-based construction and restoration activities.
Managing project scope, schedule changes, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Ensuring all work plans meet safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Communicating project updates and expectations with leads, property owners, and stakeholders.
Supporting procurement and contract execution strategies.
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused work environment.
Collaborating with stakeholder relations and participating in community engagement activities as required.
Other duties as assigned by your manager.
What we are looking for:
Education

A college diploma or degree in a relevant skilled trade discipline is considered an asset.
Experience
a { text-decoration: none; color: rgb} tr th, tr td { border: 1.0px solid rgb} tr th { background-color: rgb} 2+ years of progressive project experience with a college diploma, OR 3+ years of related experience in construction and/or remediation projects.
Experience supervising contractors, consultants, and vendors in field or construction environments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
a { text-decoration: none; color: rgb} tr th, tr td { border: 1.0px solid rgb} tr th { background-color: rgb} Experience with earthworks, excavation, grading, landscaping, and related field activities.
Hands-on trade experience (e.g., carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, concrete, or equipment operation).
Knowledge of project management, construction safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Ontario Building Code).
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely.
Security Clearance Eligibility Required
Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.”
Working Conditions:
Working schedule: Five (5) days per week, seven and a half (7.5) hours per day for a thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week.
