Studio Operations Manager
About LIFT
LIFT Fitness & Physio is a multi-service wellness studio offering physiotherapy, strength & conditioning, personal training, athletic therapy, semi private training, our Longevity Lounge (Sauna, Cold Plunge and Red Light Therapy), and the soon to be launched Longevity Lounge Café, all under one roof.
We are known for our personalized approach, strong community, and high standards.
Every detail matters at LIFT. From the moment a client walks through the door to how our systems operate behind the scenes, consistency, care, and professionalism are non-negotiable. We are looking for a Studio Operations Manager who brings presence, accountability, and a hospitality-first mindset to everything they do.
About the Role
The Studio Operations Manager is the operational leader of the studio, responsible for ensuring daily excellence across client experience, staffing, systems, facilities, and oversight of the Longevity Lounge Café. This role is highly visible, hands-on, and embedded in the studio.
You act as the anchor of operations — noticing what’s off before others do, solving problems in real time, and maintaining the standards that make LIFT feel elevated, calm, and intentional.
This role reports directly to the CEO and acts as the primary operational decision-maker for the studio while providing leadership support and operational oversight for the Longevity Lounge Café.
Who You Are (How You Show Up)
You are a natural leader who is calm, grounded, and present.
You take pride in running a tight ship and notice details others miss — the energy at the front desk, how a client is greeted, whether systems are flowing smoothly, and whether staff are supported and clear.
You love being in the studio and understand that great operations start on the floor, not behind a desk.
You hold compassionate but firm boundaries. You care deeply about people while still upholding standards, structure, and accountability.
You don't wait for problems to be reported — you identify them early and fix them.
You are energized by:
- Structure, checklists, and operational clarity
- Creating systems that make teams successful
- Elevating client experience through consistency
- Protecting the culture, vibe, and brand of LIFT
You don't just manage operations — you embody the LIFT experience.
