Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment dedicated to safety, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues accurately using appropriate tools and techniques
Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools and power tools
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems and implement effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and equipment uptime

Qualifications

Proven experience or strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and pneumatic tools is preferred
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Prior experience in industrial or automotive maintenance is a plus
