Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ECE/IT professional to join our early childhood education team. This role involves working closely with young children, including those with disabilities, to foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will have classroom experience and a passion for teaching and caregiving, contributing to the development and well-being of children during their formative years. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while advancing your career in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Provide individualized support to children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met and they are fully included in classroom activities.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to develop tailored care plans and educational strategies.
Assist with daily caregiving routines such as feeding, diapering, and supervising playtime.
Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and behavior.
Adhere to all safety protocols and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment for children.

Experience

Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings is preferred.
Demonstrated ability in teaching or caregiving roles within early childhood education environments.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in inclusive education.
Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, families, and team members. This position is ideal for passionate educators committed to fostering growth in young children through caring guidance and innovative teaching methods.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
