Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain smooth daily operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
Support administrative functions including bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software when needed
Assist with medical or dental office procedures if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling

Skills

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing, proofreading, and record keeping
Effective phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office environment preferred
Customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to handle inquiries professionally
Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus, including front desk operations and patient support
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in fast-paced settings
