Full job description

This is a part-time to full-time position, depending on the successful candidate. The role includes coaching, program planning, and administrative support within our competitive women’s program.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coach 1–3 competitive WAG groups (5 days/week depending on contract)
Deliver high-quality technical coaching and individualized athlete feedback
Coach daytime school group bookings (if applicable)
Develop and implement lesson plans and training plans
Collaborate with office staff and program directors to ensure strong program delivery
Support Competitive and Recreational Directors as needed
Assist with event planning and club activities (an asset)

What We’re Looking For

Minimum C1 WAG certification or ability to obtain.
Current Respect in Sport / Risk Management (or willingness to obtain)
Valid First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Current vulnerable sector police check
Strong communication, teamwork, and athlete development skills
Energetic, positive, and committed to long-term athlete growth
Great opportunity for a post-secondary student seeking flexible coaching hours
