Experience in automotive parts, retail, customer service, or inventory management is considered an asset but is not required.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting both retail and service customers with their parts needs while helping maintain an organized and efficient parts department.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing automotive parts and accessories
Providing accurate pricing and availability information
Processing parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization
Receiving and stocking incoming shipments
Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with inventory control
Working closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need
Answering phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Supporting other dealership departments as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to lift and move parts and inventory when required
Valid driver's license
Previous automotive, retail, warehouse, or parts experience is considered an asset but is not required
