Successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals able to plan, coordinate and manage all phases of projects assigned to them:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordination of overall job site to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of projects.
- Implementation and reporting on Company Health and Safety Program with the Company Health and Safety Officer.
- Report to, and work with Project Manager on the following on site activities:
- Overall site management
- Develop and maintain construction schedule.
- Maintain construction budget.
- Quality control.
- Maintain legislative requirements for all on site personnel.
- Manage labor requirements and allocation.
- Sub-trade coordination.
- On site purchasing and cost control.
- Liaison with Owners and Consultants.
- Project start up and closeout requirements.
- Timely submittal of all required documentation for office use.
The successful respondents will possess the following skills and abilities:
- Supervise projects with limited office support.
- Communicate effectively with RNF field staff and office personnel.
- Effectively represent RNF Ventures when dealing with Owners and Consultants.
- Experience with Microsoft programs is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Good comprehension of O H & S legislation and regulations.
- Pre-engineered building experience is an asset.
