In this role, you will lead by example, motivate team members, and create a positive and energetic work environment where every guest receives outstanding service, every time.
As a passionate leader, you believe in the importance of training, coaching, and supporting team members to maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Through your knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred

Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards

Experience working with POS systems (Micros POS experience is considered an asset)

Excellent customer service and hospitality skills

Ability to lead a diverse team while promoting teamwork and collaboration

Experience handling cash transactions and basic financial reporting

Knowledge of the food service industry; barista or serving experience is an asset

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Pay:- CAD $15.85 to $18.25
