We’re on the hunt for a full-time Summer Boutique Assistant to join our team at Selkie - our bridge-side locally-loved shop that celebrate handcrafted treasures, coastal charm, and artisan goods. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and helping them find pieces they’ll love
- Ringing through sales and keeping the cash accurate
- Learning (and sharing!) the stories behind our products and artisans
- Keeping our displays beautiful and our shop tidy
- Restocking shelves, stickering inventory, and helping with day-to-day tasks
- Supporting the manager and helping the shop run smoothly
- Helping us hit our daily sales goals in a way that feels natural and positive
Availability:
- Must be available June 1 – August 31
- Evenings and weekends are a must (our latest shift ends at 8:15pm)

What You Bring:
- A love for jewelry, home decor, the value of handcrafted, and/or interior design
- Great communication skills and a warm, upbeat personality
- Responsible cash-handling and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- You’re bondable and willing to complete a criminal record check
Pay: $17–$18/hour depending on experience.
