Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various construction and maintenance tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both manual and technical abilities. This role requires a hands-on approach to support various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction projects accurately.
Perform concrete forming, including pouring and finishing concrete surfaces.
Engage in restoration projects, applying skills in carpentry, masonry, and flooring installation.
Install cabinets and fixtures with precision, ensuring alignment and functionality.
Conduct construction painting tasks, preparing surfaces and applying finishes as required.
Operate CNC machinery for precise manufacturing tasks when necessary.
Lay tiles and perform flooring installations with attention to detail.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
Assist with rebar installation for concrete reinforcement as needed.
Participate in roofing projects, ensuring proper installation techniques are followed.
Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and openings effectively.
Manage heavy lifting duties safely while adhering to best practices in manual handling.
Collaborate with team members on maintenance person projects, providing support across multiple trades such as plumbing and electrical work.
Engage in assembly tasks for various components as required by project specifications.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction or skilled labor roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of carpentry, woodworking, masonry, and general construction practices.
Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to the trade.
Experience with flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, and restoration projects is highly desirable.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work on various job sites under different conditions.
