JOB DESCRIPTION

Warehouse Associate, Excise (PM Shift)

Auxly's experienced team of industry first-movers and enterprising visionaries have secured a diversified supply of raw cannabis, strong clinical, scientific, and operating capabilities and leading research and development infrastructure in order to create trusted products and brands in an expanding global market.

Role Profile:

Reporting to the Production Manager, will work in and maintain the standards of a cGMP environment, ensure orders are done accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards. The key candidate will be well organized, have an eye for detail, be a team player, and a good communicator.

Role Responsibilities:

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for setup, process flow, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure operational efficiency.
Accurately and efficiently perform picking and excising of finished goods in compliance with established guidelines.
Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain regulatory and operational compliance.
Operate packaging equipment safely and effectively to support production processes.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and excise room facilities to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Execute additional tasks as assigned, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and organizational goals.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or higher.
Prior experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable and collaborative team member/leader.

Location: Charlottetown.
