Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills .This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and handle inquiries efficiently
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Handle filing, and general administrative support tasks
Provide excellent customer service support, addressing client questions and concerns
Maintain a tidy front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Knowledge of filing systems, administrative procedures, and general office management practices

Pay: $20.00 per hour
