Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves working closely with children, supporting their individual needs, and promoting a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and growth.

Duties

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
Support children's social skills, emotional well-being, and independence through caring interactions.
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and bathroom breaks.
Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with parents and team members.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans that meet developmental standards.
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.

Skills

Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
Ability to work compassionately with children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and families.
Classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

Pay: $19.00-$31.00 per hour
