Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your dedication will help uphold our reputation for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
Handle laundry duties by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and precision.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces to uphold high hygiene standards.
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff alike.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.

Requirements

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Strong knowledge of laundry processes and cleaning techniques to deliver consistent quality results.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and presentation standards.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
Reliable time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled hours.
