Somerset Gardens Inc. is hiring a dependable, hands-on Construction Crew Lead to help lead day-to-day field execution across landscape construction projects throughout PEI.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, staying organized, solving problems, and helping projects run efficiently. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a larger leadership position over time.
Landscape experience is an asset, but strong construction or trade experience is equally valued.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a small crew on residential and commercial construction projects
- Working hands-on alongside the team daily
- Helping organize materials, tools, equipment, and workflow
- Keeping projects moving efficiently and on schedule
- Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
- Identifying and solving problems on site
- Communicating clearly with ownership and crew members
- Helping maintain organized, clean, professional job sites
Types of Projects:
- High-end residential landscape construction
- Fiberglass pool installations
- Interlock and hardscape projects
- Select commercial projects

Strong candidates may come from landscaping, excavation, concrete, carpentry, utilities, agriculture, or other construction/trade backgrounds.

Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$40/hour based on experience, leadership, and capability
