What You Will Bring To The Team
We value professionalism, discretion, strong work ethic, and genuine care for the people who live with us.
For this role, the following are mandatory:
- Previous experience managing and supporting a team in Facility Operations, Housekeeping, or Maintenance

Proven ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail

Ability to lift weight in accordance with OHS requirements

Strong sense of ownership in maintaining quality, cleanliness, safety, and consistency.

Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on the spot.
Your Role in Home Operations
This position encompasses Housekeeping and Laundry Supervision, Basic Maintenance, and Vendor Coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
Housekeeping & Laundry Oversight:
- Daily on-floor supervision of housekeeping and laundry staff

Ensuring consistent, high-quality cleaning and laundry standards

Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules

Monitoring cleanliness of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

Coaching and supporting team members
Maintenance & Facility Support:
- Working closely with the Centralized Maintenance Team and approved vendors

Coordinating repairs, preventative maintenance, and follow-ups

Completing basic maintenance task on day to basis and as required.

Identifying and addressing home and resident's concerns promptly.
Operational Support:
- Monitoring supplies and liaising with vendors

Ensuring all spaces remain safe, comfortable, and well maintained

Supporting small operational projects

Acting as an on-floor leader during busy periods
