Full job description

The Ideal Candidate:

Mechanically inclined with experience in shipping and receiving. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping and receiving. Unload and upload various items using a forklift and some physical lifting.
Verify orders against purchase orders, and organize items in their proper sections.
Order products from suppliers and generate purchase orders.
Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures in daily tasks.
Other Parts Department related tasks as directed by Parts Manager.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of farm equipment and parts would be an asset.
Speak English clearly. Strong communication and customer relations skills
Strong math and reading comprehension skills
General understanding of various functions of a distribution center
Able to do physical work, with some heavy lifting.
Ability to use a forklift or willingness to learn.
Warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience preferred
Computer-literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in any software program
High school diploma or equivalent degree preferred
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
