Job Title: Associate Dentist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team at the Prince George office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while maintaining a strong focus on patient satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental procedures including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
Diagnose and treat oral health issues such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay.
Create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and preferences.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Utilize digital radiography and other diagnostic tools to assess patients' oral health.
Collaborate with other members of the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay current on advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities as required.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid dental license in BC.
Preferred 1 year of experience practicing dentistry in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with precision and efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Dedication to staying current on industry trends and best practices through continuing education.
