Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, food handling, and general cleaning duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industries to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning
Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Support the team with food service activities as needed
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies
Help with dishwashing and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards
Assist in setting up and breaking down workstations before and after shifts
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
Familiarity with cleaning protocols and food handling standards is advantageous
Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus
Experience in hospitality or serving roles can be beneficial for understanding customer service expectations
