Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions across various departments. This role requires proficiency with office software, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth office workflows and maintaining a professional front desk presence.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support daily office functions
Assist truck dispatching and customer inquiries.
Support activities such as invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Ensure proper phone etiquette is followed during all communications
Support administrative projects including document preparation, correspondence, and report generation.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies in all duties

Experience

Prior office experience is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and document management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Customer service experience with a focus on professional communication and phone etiquette
Clerical experience involving filing systems, front desk duties.
