Job Summary:

This role includes weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles, processing various forms of payment, customer service, and providing support and administrative coordination across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for weighing inbound and outbound scale traffic, verifying scale tickets, and ensuring payment is accurate.
Operating weigh scales and scale software.
Maintain radio communication with operations.
Follows all cash handling procedures – meeting and exceeding cashier variance policy.
Provides friendly, knowledgeable customer service with excellent product knowledge
Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
Performs opening and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of pricing and end of day reconciliation.
Daily administration support
Provide general administrative and reception services
Provide accounting support through execution of invoice payment, create and maintain filing system for invoices and other finance related documents
Manage and file a variety of records, both hard copy and electronic on a continual basis
Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
This job requires open availability which may include Opening, Closing as well as Weekends. You may occasionally be required to work extended hours to meet critical deadlines

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office 365, data entry and adaptive learning
Effective communication skills (oral and written)
Attention to detail
Strong basic math skills
Demonstrate ability to multitask, react to changing conditions and function well under the pressure of deadlines
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
Ability to work productively in a team environment & independently
Ability to show initiative and support where needed
Location requires access to a vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
