About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment operations and partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
As a Coordinator, you will independently manage recruitment coordination activities, ensure smooth execution of hiring processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office attendance 3 consecutive days per month (“HR Collaboration Week”) at: 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders (virtual and onsite).
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with full-cycle recruitment coordination.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and organization.
- Prepare interview materials and manage panel logistics.
- Track interview feedback and ensure process compliance.
- Support offer coordination, background checks, and onboarding logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-requisition recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate experience strategies.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
- Process improvement or operations support experience.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
- Experience in corporate, shared services, or healthcare environments.
Work Location, Travel & Physical Requirements:
- Hybrid role with 3 consecutive in-office days per month (Mississauga, ON).
- Primarily sedentary role requiring computer-based work.

$66,200 - $88,300
