- Base Salary: $75,000 + depending on experience
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150 000 +

The Role
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate and develop qualified opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting and consultative sales conversations.
You will be expected to create momentum, open doors, uncover operational challenges, and position solutions that create measurable value for clients.

What You Will Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and strategic outreach
- Conduct structured discovery conversations with decision-makers and technical stakeholders
- Identify operational, financial, and technical pain points
- Outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and managing and growing targeted accounts
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline within CRM
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting
- Collaborate with leadership on pipeline strategy and opportunity development
- Attend industry events and trade shows when required
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion
Non-Negotiable Requirements
You must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or consultative outbound sales and account management.
- Be comfortable conducting multiple discovery calls per day
- Have experience building and managing your own pipeline
- Have worked within a KPI-driven sales environment
- Be capable of quantifying your sales performance, including:
- Average daily outbound activity
- Quota attainment
- Pipeline generated
- Revenue performance
- Demonstrate resilience, consistency, and professional maturity
- Possess strong consultative selling skills, including:
- Active listening
- Strategic questioning
- Solution positioning
- Be highly organized and self-managed in a remote work environment
