-Horaire : du lundi au vendredi - 8h00-16h30 (sujet à changement/révision selon les besoins)
Salaire : à partir de 21$h

Principales fonctions
-Garantir à notre clientèle un service hors pair de type ‘’guichet unique’’ -Agent(e) service à la clientèle (centre d'appel)
-S’assurer de répondre à la clientèle par courriel ou par téléphone selon les normes et procédures en place.
-Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et/ou courriel en français/anglais
-Effectuer un suivi sur les expéditions de façon à répondre aux standards
-Supporter la logistique de transport et les services:
- Inspection des colis restés sur le convoi afin d’éviter les délais (nécessite le déplacement de charge lourde -ex : bac avec nourriture animaux environ 50lbs)
- Nécessite le port de souliers de sécurité (allocation pour chaussures de sécurité offerte par la compagnie)
- Classement des factures/documents ramassage
- Assurez une bonne communication entre le département des opérations et celui du service clientèle
-Tout autres tâches pouvant aider les opérations au bon fonctionnement quotidien de la compagnie
-Effectuer divers rapports Excel
-Différentes tâches de classement et d’entrée de données
-Autres tâches connexes
Exigences
Bilinguisme obligatoire (français/anglais)
Diplôme d’études secondaires obligatoire
Expérience minimum de 2 années dans un poste similaire – un atout en transport
Connaissance géographique du Québec et de l’Ontario un atout
Compétences

-Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM (subject to change or adjustment as needed)
Salary: starting at $21/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide our customers with exceptional “one-stop shop” service - Customer Service Representative (Call Center)
- Ensure that customer inquiries are addressed via email or phone in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and/or email in French/English
- Track shipments to ensure compliance with standards
Support transportation logistics and services:
- Inspect packages remaining on the truck to avoid delays (requires moving heavy loads—e.g., bins containing animal food weighing approximately 50 lbs)
- Requires the wearing of safety shoes (allowance for safety shoes provided by the company)
- Filing of invoices/pickup documents
- Ensure effective communication between the operations and customer service departments
- Any other tasks that may assist operations in the company’s day-to-day functioning
- Prepare various Excel reports
- Various filing and data entry tasks
- Other related tasks
Requirements
- Mandatory bilingualism (French/English)
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in transportation is an asset)
- Geographic knowledge of Quebec and Ontario is an asset
