As an Infrastructure Designer, you will play a key role in the design, evolution, and governance of technology platforms supporting Individual Insurance operations.
This role will allow you to leverage your technical expertise in a collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are top priorities.
As an Infrastructure Designer, you will be at the heart of our technology initiatives. You will:

Clarify and analyze infrastructure needs (cloud and on-premises) with IT teams and partners
-
Propose solutions aligned with the organization’s technology direction
-
Plan cross-functional infrastructure initiatives and oversee their execution
-
Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements (security, performance, resilience, compliance)
-
Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure solution consistency and quality
-
Provide guidance to internal and external technical resources
-
Participate in technology watch activities and promote best practices
-
Act as a technical reference and spokesperson across various governance forums
-
Contribute to the deployment and operationalization of solutions
-
Promote reuse of existing components and support the selection of technology solutions
We are looking for someone who:

Is recognized for strong expertise in infrastructure architecture (cloud and traditional environments)
-
Stands out for analytical thinking, synthesis, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
-
Demonstrates natural leadership and the ability to influence in complex environments
-
Has strong coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
-
Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
-
Has over 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in architecture or a related field
-
Is proficient in methodologies and frameworks (Agile, SAFe, SDLC, DevOps, etc.)

Has knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry (an asset)
-
Has an advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written
-
