What will you do?
- Effectively answer incoming calls and e-mails to direct requests and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Responds to requests for service, products or information from customers and other team members
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Actively participate in building a supportive team environment that fosters positivity and engagement
- Actively seek and initiate process improvements to improve efficiency and cost savings
- Identifying opportunities for data-driven strategies
What will you need to succeed?
- New graduate from University/college in Business Administration or related field
- Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
- Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
- Bilingual (French, English) both verbal and written is required
- Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications. With special emphasis on Excel including knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- SAP and Salesforce experience is an asset
- Proven success within customer service role is strong asset
- A strong customer focus with the ability to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and priorities workload.
- Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity
- Strong analytical thinking and decision making

The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):
