Under the supervision of the Payroll Coordinator, the incumbent works closely with the Senior Payroll Technician as well as the Talent–Culture–Leadership team to support activities related to payroll preparation.

Responsibilities:

Enter timesheet hours and perform other data entries in the payroll system;
Input all personal information of new employees into the CMiC system;
Produce various weekly end-of-payroll reports;
Complete employees’ Records of Employment (ROEs);
Obtain hiring numbers and process terminations with the CCQ;
Draft employment confirmation letters for site employees;
Respond to employee inquiries;
Perform any other related duties.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

Hold an AEC or DEC in Accounting;
Have 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing;
Possess an advanced level of English;
Have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
Be efficient, detail-oriented, and thorough;

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
