As the first point of contact in our sales pipeline, you'll play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential clients. And this is just the beginning: for high-performers, there's a clear path to grow into senior roles and shape the future of our sales team.

Our head office is conveniently located in downtown Montreal, a few steps from Peel metro. Your role would be to contact & generate qualified prospects with businesses across Canada.

What will you do:

B2B cold calling in-office at our Downtown location to clients across Canada.
Establish client relationships and follow up with potential customers, as needed.
Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales team.
Meet and exceed monthly goals.

What do you need to succeed:

Strong command of English with the ability to effectively engage with Canadian Merchants outside Quebec through cold calls.
High School diploma
Ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly.
Passion and drive for sales.
Previous sales, customer service or call center experience is required.
Experience in any of the following: market research, lead generation, customer service, or inside sales.
