We are a busy and growing professional office committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and maintaining a positive, organized workplace. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Coordinator to oversee daily administrative operations and support our team.

Position Summary

The Office Manager / Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role combines administrative support, team coordination, scheduling, customer service, and office management duties.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships
Support staff with administrative and organizational needs
Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Organize and maintain electronic and paper records
Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Assist management with special projects and reporting

Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration, office management, or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Experience with scheduling software and bookkeeping is an asset
