At TRSB, we’re always looking for talented freelance translators and revisers specializing in banking, finance, insurance, medicine, HR, corporate communications, and marketing.

A chance to hone your skills. As one of our partners, you’ll receive detailed feedback from our experienced translators and be able to view the final version of each text you translate. Better still, you’ll be invited to free training sessions to help you improve your skills and get the most out of your translation tools.
A seamless process. Our project managers handle everything, preparing each job with care. On the billing side, our freelancer portal gives you your own personal page where you can create and submit invoices in minutes. Once we receive your invoice, we’ll pay it within 30 days. That means you spend less time on paperwork and can focus on what you love: translating.
A portal designed for partnerships. Our freelancer portal is designed specifically for our external partners. It makes it easy for you to tell us when you’re available. The portal is linked to our planning tool, so our teams get the information in real time. That way, we’re able to offer you jobs that fit with your schedule and capacity. When used on a daily basis, the portal gives you prime visibility with the people assigning the work, increasing the likelihood that we’ll be able to hit the sweet spot for you in terms of volume.

This partnership may be perfect for you if:

Hold a bachelor or master’s degree in translation
Have at least two years’ experience in translation
Have experience working at a firm/agency (asset)
Are proficient with MT concepts and tools
Are open to or have experience with postediting

Our selection an integration process includes:

An in-depth analysis of all applications
Preselection tests
Assignment to a specific team and close supervision by a manager
