À propos du poste

Relevant de la COO, le ou la comptable jouera un rôle clé dans l’exactitude et l’efficacité des opérations financières de l’entreprise. La personne sera responsable des activités comptables quotidiennes, incluant les comptes payables, la facturation, les conciliations de comptes, les activités de fin de mois ainsi que diverses tâches connexes au besoin.

Sommaire du poste:

· Date d’entrée en fonction : dès que possible

· Lieu : Rôle en présentiel à Mont-Tremblant

· Type d’emploi : Permanent, temps partiel (16h-24h) avec des horaires flexibles.

Responsabilités principales :

· Gérer l’ensemble du cycle des comptes payables, incluant le traitement des factures, la validation des approbations, la codification adéquate et l’analyse des rapports de dépenses;

· Agir à titre de personne-ressource principale pour les fournisseurs et effectuer la conciliation des comptes fournisseurs ainsi que des cartes de crédit de l’entreprise;

· Effectuer les conciliations bancaires quotidiennes et mensuelles;

· Préparer et soumettre les remises de taxes (TPS/TVQ) sur une base mensuelle;

· Participer aux activités de fermeture de fin de mois, incluant les écritures de régularisation et les conciliations de comptes;

· Veiller au respect des politiques internes, des contrôles financiers et des procédures comptables;

· Soutenir les audits internes et externes en fournissant la documentation requise.

Profil recherché :

· DEC/AEC ou DEP en comptabilité, administration ou domaine connexe avec 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, OU baccalauréat en comptabilité avec 2 ans d’expérience pertinente;

· Connaissance des réglementations fiscales canadiennes, incluant la TPS/TVQ;

· Bonne maîtrise du cycle comptable complet;

· Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel;

· Connaissance de QuickBooks (un atout);

· Esprit d’initiative, sens du leadership et souci du détail.

About the Role

Reporting to the COO, the Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial operations. You will be responsible for the full day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, billing, account reconciliations, month-end, and any ad hoc tasks as required.

Position Summary

· Start date: As soon as possible.

· Location: On-site role in Mont-Tremblant

· Employment type: Permanent, part-time (16h-24h), with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approval validation, proper coding, and expense report analysis;

· Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and reconcile vendor and company credit card statements;

· Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations;

· Prepare and submit sales tax (GST/QST) remittances on a monthly basis;

· Participate in month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations;

· Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures;

· Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Qualifications

· DEC/AEC or DEP in Accounting, Administration, or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience OR bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2 years of relevant experience;

· Knowledge of Canadian tax regulations, including GST/QST;

· Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle;

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;

· Experience with QuickBooks is considered an asset;

· Strong initiative, leadership skills, and attention to detail.
