This role is a critical, high-impact hire focused on owning and executing the company's digital marketing and e-commerce growth strategy end-to-end. We are seeking a highly hands-on, creative, and commercially minded marketing professional who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing day-to-day tactics. You will take full ownership of social media, digital campaigns, website performance, and e-commerce optimization, with a mandate to modernize, elevate, and unify the company's online presence. From refreshing branding and messaging to improving conversion rates and digital sales flow, your work will directly influence how the company is perceived and how customers transact online.

- Own and manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and drive online conversions and client acquisition

Oversee and continuously improve the company website, including content updates, UX improvements, SEO performance, and conversion optimization

Lead a full “online facelift,” refreshing branding, messaging, and digital presence across all channels

Optimize e-commerce pathways, product presentation, and online purchasing experience to increase conversion rates

Analyze campaign and sales performance across digital and e-commerce channels and optimize based on data, KPIs, and ROI

Collaborate with leadership to align marketing and online sales initiatives with revenue goals

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, social media management, or a related role

Proven track record of running campaigns that generate leads, online conversions, or revenue
