Télio is the leading Canadian supplier of exclusive Fashion Fabrics to trade professionals.
The Company has been established since 1952 with its Head Office and warehouse facility located in Montreal as well as showrooms in Toronto and Vancouver.

We are currently seeking a bright, confident, dynamic and eager candidate with demonstrated drive and passion for the position of Showroom Sales Representative based in Montreal.

Sales

Develop showroom sales – in house and external. Follow leads and references to pursue new clients.
Prospect potential clients by making cold calls, following up on leads and references.
Service customers in the showroom by presenting new collections and assisting them in their fabric choices.
Respond to e-mails, phone calls, messages (general and specific inquiries) from clients and staff.
Create wish lists.
Receive, enter/forward, confirm client orders.
Track and follow up on existing orders and back orders.
Prepare or submit swatch and color cards requests.
Process rush orders and pick-ups at the showroom.
Educate clients in fabric content, usage and expectations.

Administration

Maintain a clean, organized and attractive showroom (headers, displays, etc.).
Clean up discontinued, sold-outs and promotional items; Change prices as necessary.
Assist Merchandising in creating lines and story cards.
Prepare swatches and color cards.
Revise and update Showroom client list.
