We are seeking 4 Security Escorts to join our team.
The base salary + primes = 24$ / Hour.
Half Time after 40 hours.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited):
- Ensure the supervision and safety of beneficiaries, both within the client’s premises and during various organized activities.
- Accompany staff during beneficiaries’ transportation, ensuring safety throughout the journey and stops, and follow the established protocol in case of emergencies.
- Provide necessary support to the entire team involved in the beneficiaries’ rehabilitation process at a designated location.
- Observe beneficiaries’ behavior and dynamics to identify potential risks to their health or safety, immediately report any situation that could escalate, and document relevant facts to the educators.
- Conduct regular safety rounds.
- Intervene in case of crises and/or immediate risks to beneficiaries and staff, including physical intervention if required, strictly for protective purposes, using minimal necessary force in accordance with pre-established protocols.
- Conduct, at the request of responsible staff, limited searches of individuals or specific locations.
- Escort the beneficiary throughout all journeys (plane, car, etc.), ensure their safety, accompany them during all movements while maintaining the secure conduct of the operation, and preserve the integrity of various premises.
- Provide first aid in urgent situations.

Security Escort :
- Pick-Up a Kid in Montreal and bring him(her) to Nunavik.
- Pick-Up a Kid in Nunavik and bring him(her) to Montreal.
- You are "On-Call" and Respond to the Client's Needs / Contracts.
- The Contracts can be 1 Day, Many Days, 1 Week, Many Weeks.
- You take the Plane from Montreal Airport (Paid by us).
Intervention Agent - Youth Protection Centers :
- When you are not working as an Escort, you can work there in Montreal.
- You Help the Team of Intervention Agents at the Centers.
- You are "On-Call" and Respond to the Client's Needs / Contracts.
- The Contracts can be 1 Day, Many Days, Weeks.
What do You Need for these Jobs :
- You need to live in the Montreal Area.
- You need to Speak English (Not Negotiable, Inuit don't speak French).
- You need a Quebec BSP.
- You need a First Aid CNESST.
- You need a Driver's Licence.
- You need a CV (well written).
- You need a Working Permit.
- Ideally you need a School Diploma.
**Because you are "On-Call", you need to be Flexible and Available.
If you refuse the "Job" more than 3-4 times, we will pass to the next Security Agent.
If you have 2 jobs already, this might not be the best option for you.
