Your job

Design and configure solutions on the ServiceNow FSO module in accordance with quality standards and best practises

Collaborate with product teams, analysts and architects to understand needs and propose tailored solutions

Develop, maintain and optimise workflows Scripts and automations to support the Bank's processes

Integrate ServiceNow FSO with other systems via rest/SOAP APIs

Ensure code quality, perform unit tests and maintain technical and functional documentation

Prerequisites

University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field and 5 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow developer

Proven experience in ServiceNow development

Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, GlideScript, API and ServiceNow configuration tools

CSA/CAD ServiceNow certification (a major asset)

Experience with Agile/Scrum applied in JIRA
