Reporting toThe Medicine ShoppeMarketing Manager, theSrAssociate, Local Marketing will be responsible for the coordination and deployment of local marketing programsand initiatives acrossThe Medicine Shoppepharmacies inRest ofCanada(Canada excluding Quebec). TheSrAssociate willplan,recommend and implement local marketing solutions to supportpharmacyownersas needed. With strong attention to detail, theSrAssociate is action-oriented andhas the ability tosuccessfully lead multiple projects and meet deadlines. Theyareexpected tocollaborate andshare best practiceswith otherlocal marketingAssociatesin The Medicine Shoppe andother pharmacy banners.Theywill workdirectly withpharmacyowners, vendorsand internal departments to achieve the best results,where theirprofessional client-facingservice and communication skillswill be required.
Develop and executelocal marketing requests,such asanniversaries, mailings, newspaper ads, radio ads, in-storepromotions,displays,social media ads,etc.
Supportpharmacyowners with their local marketing needsby making recommendationsto achieve their business objectivesand coach them throughthe timelines,media investmentand technical challenges, if any.
Develop andexecutethe creation and delivery of local marketing toolsand programsforgroups of pharmacyowners, such as turn-keybundles, marketing toolboxmaterials,andtemplates.
Bachelor's degree,or equivalent, in a marketing, digital marketing,or communications related field
