At Spa Revere, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service in a welcoming, professional, and upbeat environment. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in helping clients feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phones and manage appointments
Process client transactions and bookings
Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized reception area
Support the salon, spa, and boutique teams with daily operations
Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer and scheduling experience is an asset
Retail sales experience is considered an asset
